A classic Asian noodle dish topped with a delicious teriyaki sauce.
What You Need
- 200g chicken breast (thinly sliced) or alternative protein
- 120g stir fry vegetables
- 20ml vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions
1 Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or wok.
2 Add chicken (or alternative protein choice) and stir fry for 7 minutes or until brown.
3 Add vegetables and stir fry with the chicken (or alternative protein) for 2-3 minutes. Then add noodles and mix well.
4 Stir in the teriyaki sauce and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5 Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve piping hot.

Chef's Tip
Garnish with chopped coriander, spring onions and a wedge of lime.
