Cooking instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, add salt if desired.
2. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add 50g (2oz) butter or margarine, 75-90ml (5-6tbsp) whole milk and the cheese sauce mix.
3. Return to the heat and stir well until all the ingredients make a smooth sauce.
4. Serve immediately.

Alternative recipes:Use a reduced fat alternative to butter and/or whole milk to decrease the overall fat level.
Make your cheesey cheeseburger mac 'n' cheese your own by adding your favourite toppings like gherkins, onion, tomato or bacon. Better still, try as a burger topper itself!
