Cooking Instructions - General. These instructions are given only as a guide.; Grill - From Chilled. Season and lightly oil chops, place under a medium grill and cook for 20-22 minutes turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Season chops, heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add chops, reduce heat to medium and cook for 14-15 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure meat is fully sealed on all sides. Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
