Cooking Instructions - General. Well done - extend cooking time until cooked to preference.
These instructions are given only as a guide. Ensure thoroughly cooked before serving.; Grill - From Chilled. Season and Lightly oil steaks, place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 8-12 minutes turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Season the steaks, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add steaks, reduce heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
