Tuna noodle frittata
Makes 4 1/2 servings

Ingredients
1 package (250g) Manischewitz® Medium Egg Noodles, uncooked.
3 tbsp. butter (45 ml)
1/2 cup (125g) diced red, green or yellow bell peppers
118 mL milk
118 mL cream
4 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
375 g tuna in water, drained and flaked
170 g grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine milk, cream and eggs in bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tuna, egg noodles and bell pepper, mix well. Pour into a 25 cm round baking dish brushed with oil. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 50 minutes or until set.

Hob - From Ambient. Bring 2.84 liters (5 pints) water to a rapid boil. Add salt, if desired. Empty noodles into boiling water. Cook 5 to 8 minutes uncovered, until desired tenderness is reached. Stir frequently. Drain and serve!
