Remove all packaging including black pudding. haggis and fruit pudding casing.
Ensure all products are thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. For the sausages ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.
Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Potato Scones must also be fully cooked and piping hot.; Grill - From Chilled. Place sausage and pudding items under a preheated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10 - 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Do not grill Potato Scones.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Sausage and Pudding Products: Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10 - 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
