Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.

Place sausage slices under a pre-heated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Add sausage slices to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes. Drain well before serving.
