Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging including casing.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Place slices under a preheated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10 -12 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Add to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10 -12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
