Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not re-heat.; Grill - From Chilled. Place black pudding slices under a pre-heated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Add black pudding slices to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Drain well before serving.
