Tasty Easter cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Lubella Tortowa flour
- 1/2 cup of potato starch
- 1 cup of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 baking margarine (250g)
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder
Preparation: Beat the egg whites until stiff, add sugar, and continue beating, until a uniform mass is obtained. Then add yolks, flour mixed with the baking powder and mix them together. Finally pour in melted and already cooled margarine, and beat gently. Pour into a form covered with grease, but keep a few spoons of the dough left and add cocoa to it. Mix the dough with cocoa and cover the dough in the form. Bake at 200°C for 45-55 minutes. After it is taken from the oven and cools down, the cake may be covered with powder sugar.
