Shopping list:
- 200g raw king prawns, or preferred protein or vegetable (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 160g of your favourite pasta (dried)
- 10g fresh basil (optional)
- 20g Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

3 Simple Steps
Cook your pasta and fry protein/veg (if using).
Add crushed garlic (small pouch), stir in main sauce (large pouch) and simmer.
Stir in chilli paste (medium pouch), add cooked pasta†.

Step one
Start cooking the pasta according to the packet instructions.
While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Add the prawns or preferred protein or vegetables and cook for 2 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Step two
Add the crushed garlic pouch (small pouch) and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the main sauce pouch (large pouch) and simmer for 3 minutes until piping hot and thoroughly cooked.
Step three
Stir in the chilli paste pouch (medium pouch) and cook for 1 minute. Once the pasta is ready, reserve 40ml of pasta water and drain. Add the pasta and reserved water to the sauce, stirring well until combined. Serve with torn basil and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
