1) While your pasta is cooking fry your protein and / or vegetables (if using)

Shopping list
- 200g Sliced chicken breast, or preferred protein or vegetable (optional)
- 160g of your favourite pasta (dried)
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 10g Fresh parsley (optional)
- 20g Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

3 Simple Steps
Cook your pasta and fry protein/veg (if using).
Add crushed garlic and shallot pouch, then stir in shiitake mushroom pouch.
Stir in the sauce (large pouch) and simmer†.

3 Simple cooking steps
Step one
Start cooking the pasta according to the packet instructions. While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken or preferred protein or vegetable and cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Step two
Add the crushed garlic and shallot pouch and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the shiitake mushroom pouch and cook for 1 minute. Once the pasta is ready, reserve 40ml of pasta water and drain.
Step three
Add the main sauce pouch (large pouch) and simmer for 3 minutes until piping hot. Add the pasta and reserved water to the sauce, stirring well until combined. Serve with chopped parsley and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
