The vineyards are situated in Gascogny, where warm sunny days and cool evenings ripen the grapes slowly, producing this classic white wine from South West France. The result is a wonderfully juicy palate with crisp, citrus fruit flavours and subtle notes of elderflower, leading to a dry, refreshing finish. Serve chilled and enjoy with spicy fish dishes, chicken or salads.

These relatively high altitude vineyards benefit from coastal breezes and are situated near some of the best oyster farms in the world.
