150ml - Riviera Tonic Water.
50ml - Premium botanical lead gin.
If possible, chill your tonic water for at least two hours before serving.
Pour gin directly into the glass, add ice then pour in the tonic water.
Garnish with a lime twist and enjoy.
Sparkling drink; best served chilled.
