Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure the pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Medium: Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Well done: Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
