Air Fry - From Frozen. 1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
2. Place a 130g serving (2 fish fingers) in basket and cook for 16-18 minutes.; Cooking Instructions - General. Important: All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure product is piping hot before eating. Do not reheat once cooled.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan / Gas mark 7.
2. Place the fish fingers on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven & cook for 20-22 minutes.
