The grapes were grown on vines aged 8-25 years, in a Mediterranean climate in South Africa's Western Cape. The grapes were machine harvested with a yield of 8 tons/ha. The harvest started in the 1st week of February and continued until the 3rd. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks in a temperature of 12-15 degrees Celsius and left on the lees for 3-6 months.
