Since 2009, I've been devoted to creating free-from food that is delicious, nutritious, and safe. It all began when my son's severe food allergies made it difficult to find healthy and safe options, so I needed to make everything from scratch.
Today, we're proud to offer allergy-friendly meals that everyone can enjoy - without compromising on taste or quality. Every meal is carefully created in small batches at our very own purpose-built factory in Harrogate.

Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results oven bake from chilled. Do not reheat.
Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, take care as hot steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan Oven / Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging. To remove the film lid, carefully pierce it with a knife and peel away to ensure all film is removed. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Take care as meal will be hot.
