Kirsty's story...
I'm passionate about making delicious, nutritious and free-from food. After my son's severe food allergies made finding safe and healthy options a challenge, I began creating my own. Today, our team produce delicious free-from meals in small batches in our purpose-built factory in Harrogate. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them.

Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from frozen. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 800W: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C Fan Oven, Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 40 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.
