Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
We recommend that you cook from frozen only
These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. - Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film over the Mushy Peas compartment.
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Fish and Chips compartment.
- Place on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.

Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. - Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.

- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Fish and Chips compartment.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
- To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
- For crispier fish, remove the fish and place it on a wire rack over a baking tray, then follow the above cooking instructions.
