You will need
- 1 Medium Egg
- 30ml Cold Water
- Bun Tray
- 40g Unsalted Butter, Softened

For the Cupcakes...
Before you start, make sure a grown up helps you when baking.
1. Get an adult to turn the oven on to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4. Place the cupcake cases in a bun tray, ready for later.
2. Empty the contents of the sponge mix sachet into a large bowl, add 1 medium egg and 30ml (2 tbsp) of cold water.
3. Whisk all together for about 1 minute, until the mixture is smooth.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the 10 cupcake cases.
5. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes until risen and golden in colour.
6. Take them out of the oven and leave them to cool down completely.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.

For the Buttercream Icing...
1. To make the buttercream, empty the icing mix in a small bowl and add the 40g of softened unsalted butter.
2. Mix carefully to make a smooth, buttery icing.
3. Spread or pipe the buttercream on each of the cupcakes and decorate with your Jurassic wafers! Then enjoy
