Cooking Instructions - General. This is a fully cooked product.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and film lid and cook on full power for 2 mins each parmo (750w).; Oven cook - From Frozen. 180°C/380°F/ Gas mark 5. Cook for 25 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results oven cook. Remove all packaging including tray and place Parmo on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6. Cook for 12 mins.
