Preparation And Usage
Cooking instructions: 4-6 servings
Ingredients: 1L water (4cups), 5 mL salt (1teaspoon), 500 ml Iwisa No1 Super Maize Meal: (2 cups)
Instructions: Bring water and salt to the boil in a large pot. Add Iwisa No1 Super Maize Meal and stir thoroughly until smooth and cover with lid. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
