Recipe: Seared beef pho [Serves 4]
Ingredients
1 Pack itsu rice'noodles
1 Carton, itsu beef pho broth for noodles
500g Beef tenderloin
1 Handful coriander - 1 red chilli
1 Handful thai basil - 1 lime
Method
1. Pan-fry the beef tenderloin with olive oil to desired level & thinly slice
2. Pour boiling water over the rice noodles, leave to stand for 4 mins & drain
3. Add beef pho broth to a saucepan & heat to a simmer
4. Divide the rice noodles into 4 bowls & pour over the broth
5. Top with sliced beef, herbs, chilli & lime
Enjoy!
