Island Delight
Patties are the number one street food in Jamaica and are sold everywhere for a snack or as a main meal. When I came to the UK as a teenager, I was surprised to find how difficult it was to buy a pattie. Later on, I decided I wanted to bring the vibrant tastes and flavours of the Caribbean I grew up with to the UK. My aunt Dell, who ran the small bakery in my home town, helped me develop my patties based on her Jamaican recipes. It has always been really important to me that Island Delight patties remain authentic.

Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove all packaging before reheating.
200°C/Gas 6 /Fan 180°C
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Gas 6 / Fan 180°C.
Place on baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Rest for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
