This doesn't look like a green banana. It's yellow on the outside and yellow on the inside. But despite that, it's one of the greenest bananas we've ever used. That's because it has the Rainforest Alliance seal of approval (which means it's grown sustainable) and once we're done with the skins, we turn them into organic compost.
So there you go - the greenest yellow banana we could find, and no monkey business.
