Ingredients required - quantity & preparation
Milk (Full cream) - 750ml
Water - 250ml
Indus strawberry jelly falooda - 1 Bag
Steps of Cooking
1. Empty contents of Jelly into a bowl and add 200ml boiling water.
2. Stir crystals until fully dissolved. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate to set.
3. In a pan add milk and water and bring to boil.
4. Add contents of Indus Falooda in the boiling milk and cook for 15 minutes. Stirring continuously.
5. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate to until cold.
6. To serve add Indus Falooda to a glass then top with cubed up Jelly and ice cream of choice.
