How to make
For the velvet-smooth texture and unrivalled chocolate crema, craft your drinking chocolate in the Velvetiser®.
No Velvetiser (yet)? No problem...
To make on the hob:
Add 220ml of milk and your hot chocolate sachet to a saucepan.
Whisk continuously for around 4 minutes over a medium heat, taking care not to let it boil.
With a steam wand:
Add 220ml of milk and your hot chocolate sachet into a jug. Steam for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds.
To finish:
Pour into your Podcup and stir in your Velvetised Cream.
