Cook on full power for 1 min 10 secs. Leave to stand for 1 mi before serving. 2 Mins 10 sec; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove from packaging. Place in a pan of simmering water for 7 minutes.
Fry in a little hot oil over a moderate heat for 7 minutes, turning frequently.
