50ml Hendrick's Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Simple Syrup
One Small Bunch Basil (6-10 Leaves)
3-5 Slices Cucumber

Add basil & cucumber to base of a cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
Add remaining ingredients and shake hard over ice. Strain over ice-filled teacup.

Hendrick's and Tonic
1 Part Hendrick's Gin
3 Parts Tonic Water
Fresh Cucumber

Build all in a teacup over plenty of cubed ice. Garnish with three wafer thin slices of cucumber.

50ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
10ml Raspberry Syrup
Topped Ginger Beer

Assemble ingredients except ginger beer and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled teacup. Top with ginger beer and garnish with two raspberries and a lime wheel.
