Our aromatic Pekin duck is packed in the UK using carefully seasoned duck from Asia prepared to an authentic recipe and infused with a blend of herbs and spices. Our traditional process makes the meat tender, easy-to-shred and gives a mouth-watering aromatic flavour.

Oven cook - From Chilled. 1 Roast the duck
Pre-heat oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Remove items from outer packaging. Place pancakes and sauce to one side. Take the duck out of its packaging and place it on an ovenable dish. Ensure that the skin is facing upwards and cook for 35-40 minutes.
2 Shred the duck meat
To serve, shred the skin and meat.
Heat the pancakes in the microwave inside their bag for 35 seconds (900w/1000w) or 40 seconds (800w).
Do not heat the sauce.
3 Prepare the pancakes & enjoy
Spread some hoisin on each pancake, then add the duck. Roll and enjoy!

Serving suggestion:
Slice spring onions and cucumber into small batons and add to the pancakes when serving
