Marinated Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
250g Frying steak
1 packet Grace Pumpkin Soup Mix
75ml red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Grace Fish and Meat Sauce
1 Medium onion (chopped)
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
3 Tbsp corn oil
2 Cloves garlic (chopped)
150g Mushroom (sliced)
150g String beans (green beans)
250g Spaghetti
Method:
1. Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice across the grains in bite size pieces.
2. Combine prepared grace pumpkin soup mix, vinegar, sugar, grace fish and meat sauce, minced onion, black pepper, and grace hot pepper sauce.
3. Add meat and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.
4. Heat oil in skillet, fry garlic.
5. Drain meat and add to oil. Stir for 10-12 minutes.
6. Add blanched cauliflower, carrots cut in strips, sliced mushroom, cut string beans (green beans). Cook for one minute. Remove from flame.
7. To serve: Arrange on a bed of boiled spaghetti, spoon over the beef mixture and serve. Enjoy!
