Tikka Masala Curry
Shopping List (Serves 2):
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 250-300g diced chicken/seafood/vegetables
- 200g chopped canned tomatoes
- 100ml single cream
Cooking instructions:
- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
- Add choice of chicken/seafood/vegetables and cook until sealed.
- Stir in paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, stir, then simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Ensure everything is thoroughly cooked before consuming.
Not suitable for microwave use.
