The grapes for Gallo Family Vineyards Chardonnay come from California's Central Valley, approximately 100 kilometres east of San Francisco. Chardonnay vineyards planted in this region benefit from warm days and cool nights - ideal conditions for growing fruit. Grapes mature gradually, developing concentrated character and deep fruit flavours on the vine.
