Freixenet, the family-run wine company based in southwestern of Barcelona has been making excellent Cava for several generations. They've used plenty of that expertise into this gorgeous, dry salmon-pink bubbly, which his full of delicious and delicate raspberry and strawberry flavours, a sniff of flowers and masses and masses of exuberant fizz. Made from a blend of a single vintage of Trepat, a rare kind of Cava grape used for rosado, it's allowed to mature for 12 months in Freixenet's underground cellars to give it even more sophisticated flavours. A genuinely delicious bottle of bubbly for the big occasions and the little ones.

Serve it nice and cool to get the best out of its subtle fruity flavours, try it with tapas for the full Spanish experience, or match it up with a berry delicious dessert - or even a box of your favourite chocolates.
