Hob - From Ambient. Pop the contents into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally.; Microwave - From Ambient. Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl, cover and vent. Microwave on full power: 800W (3 mins 30 sec), 900W (3 mins 20 sec) or 1000W (3 mins 10 sec).
Stir halfway through heating. Don't be too keen - let it stand for another minute or two before tucking in.
