Perfect chilled on its own, or with lightly spiced chicken or fish dishes.

Vinification Details

Following the harvest, the grapes were crushed and then juice allowed to settle. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. The wine stayed on its lees for between 3-6 months to gain in body and complexity.
