Brand Marketing

Founded in 1870 in Chile’s Aconcagua Valley, Viña Errazuriz is one of Latin America’s most historic and pioneering wineries. It combines innovation and sustainability to produce elegant, terroir-driven wines admired worldwide.

The Estate wines honour their estate, the property, which has been their home for six generations through Viña Errazuriz’s history.

History

Don Maximiano Errázuriz founded Viña Errázuriz in 1870 when he planted the first French grape varieties in Chile's Aconcagua Valley. His initiative, creativity and belief that the best wines come from the best land has been passed down through subsequent generations and today Viña Errázuriz remains family owned by the Chadwick family. Working hand in hand with nature, the family and winemaking teams are constantly striving to produce great Chilean wines, produced in a sustainable, responsible way.

These vineyards are located on rolling hills at an altitude of 100 to 300 metres above sea level and produce perfect Sauvignon Blanc grapes to make this zingy white wine.

Vinification Details

Grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were picked by hand and take to the winery, where they were carefully destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation takes between 15 to 20 days, and the resulting wine was then separated into different lots that stayed in touch with their lees for three months. This helps intensify the distinctive fruit character and gives the final wine a lovely mouth-filling creamy texture.
