Pour contents of the sachet into a small saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking juices and heat gently over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve with the beef.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 80 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into a roasting tray. Cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes, basting regularly. Remove from oven, remove foil, baste and return to the oven un-covered for a further 20 minutes, basting halfway through. Remove from oven, baste and drain cooking juices into a jug.
