Open the gravy pouch and warm up in a small pan while the pork is resting decant the gravy pouch into a small pan and cook on medium strength. Ensure it is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Fan 220°C, 240°C, Gas 9, 60 min
Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Preheat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and string, keeping the sauce sachet to one side. Pat dry the skin side of the pork belly. Rub salt into rind and leave for 10 mins.
Pat dry again to remove any excess moisture. Rub 1/2 teaspoon of oil over the top of the rind followed by 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Place in a roasting tin and cook on the top shelf of preheated oven for 60 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
