200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hr per kilo + 20 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all outer packaging (film and card box) leaving the chicken in the foil tray. Place the foil tray on to a baking tray and cover with foil. Place baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour per kilo plus 20 minutes and baste occasionally throughout cooking, remove foil for the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
