Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Ideal for roasting. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove packaging. For crackling, dry with a paper towel and rub fine salt into scored rind, allow 10-15 minutes to absorb, place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 minutes per 500g, plus a further 25 minutes until juices run clear. Once cooked remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15-20 mins.
