1 sachet Colman's Sausage Casserole Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
450g sausages
2 medium onions, sliced
115mg mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, diced (optional)
300ml cold water

Directions:
Fry It
1. Fry the sausages with the oil in a pan until browned. Add the onions and fry for 4 mins. Place in an ovenproof dish with the mushrooms and pepper.
Season It
2. Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the dish.
Cook It
3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hr. Oven 180°C, fan assisted 170°C, Gas 4.

450g Sausages
2 Onions
115g Mushrooms
1 Red Pepper (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas Mark 4.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and dry the sausages until browned, add the onions and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until softened. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish with the mushrooms and pepper.
3. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
4. Enjoy with creamy mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
