This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according
to the cooking instructions. For best results, cook from chilled.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Always wash hands, all surfaces, and utensils after handling raw poultry.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Fan 170°C / Electric 190°C / Gas 5
Remove film.
Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
Cook for 70 minutes, basting occasionally.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains, and the juices run clear.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat.
