Charlie Bighams Lasagne

Slow-cooked beef & pork ragù with red wine & oregano, layered with egg pasta & topped with our creamy béchamel sauce.

I started Charlie Bigham's with a simple ambition: to share my love of food and recipes discovered on my travels. Every dish is prepared in our kitchen in small batches, using the same fresh ingredients that I'd have in my own home, supplied by people we trust. Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 35 Mins
1 Pre-heat oven, remove film & place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 35 mins.
2 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.
If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.
Please do not grill.
