I started Charlie Bigham's with a simple ambition: to share my love of food and recipes discovered on my travels. Every dish is prepared in our kitchen in small batches, using the same fresh ingredients that I'd have in my own home, supplied by people we trust. Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 Mins
1 Pre-Heat oven, remove film & place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 30 mins.
2 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.
Please do not grill.
