Charlie Bigham's Thai Green Chicken Curry with Rice

Tender chicken in our creamy Thai green curry sauce with coconut, lime leaves & lemongrass.

I started Charlie Bigham's with a simple ambition: to share my love of food and recipes discovered on my travels. Every dish is prepared in our kitchen in small batches, using the same fresh ingredients that I'd have in my own home, supplied by people we trust. Oven cook - From Chilled. Elec 220°C/ Fan 200°C, Gas 7 (add 10 mins), 25 mins
1 Pre-heat oven and remove the film from both trays. Unfold the foil & tightly wrap over the top of the rice tray.
2 Place both wooden trays on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 25 mins.
3 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.
Not suitable for freezing.
Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.
Please do not grill.
