Carta Roja Pura Jumilla Organic Wine

A Monastrell made from organically grown grapes producing a rich, intense wine. Whilst most wines have sulphur added as a preservative to reduce oxidisation, this wine is made with no added sulphur which enhances purity of fruit expression and reduces allergic reaction.

Bodegas San Isidro Cooperative was founded in 1934 and is Jumilla's largest wine producer. The wine growers control an area of 3500 hectares in Jumilla of which 80% is the Monastrell grape variety.

Low-yielding old bush-vines create a deep purple red wine with aromas of black fruits. The palate shows flavours of ripe blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry which are balanced by soft, well-integrated tannins
