You'll Need: 500g Beef Mince, 1 Large onion ( chopped), Capsicana Mini Tortillas
1. Marinade: Mix together the minced beef and the Taco Seasoning and leave to marinade (5 minutes).
2. Cook: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion over a medium heat until softened (approx. 3-4 minutes). Add the mince to the pan and stir into the onions. Cook for 8 minutes until the meat has cooked through.
3. Serve: Enjoy in warmed tortillas, with your favourite taco toppings. They taste great with grated cheese, soured cream, Capsicana salsa and lettuce.

1. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a large pan and gently fry the onion over a medium heat until softened (approx. 3-4 minutes).
2. Add the mince to the pan and stir into the onions. Cook for 5 minutes until the meat has cooked through.
3. Stir in the seasoning mix and sizzle for a further 5 minutes to let the flavour come together.
4. Serve in warmed tortilla wraps, with your favourite taco toppings. I recommend having with grated cheese, soured cream, Capsicana salsa and lettuce.
