"From the first bite, you'll notice the smoked cumin and Mexican oregano flavours - these are complemented with a burst of lime oil to give an authentic fajita taste with a citrusy kick! Fajitas were first cooked by Mexican ranch workers on the Rio Grande near the Texan border. They originally used a cut of meat called 'arracheras' (similar to a skirt steak) which they wrapped in a tortilla."

You'll Need: 500g Chicken Breast (sliced), 2 Onions (sliced), 2 Peppers (sliced), Capsicana Tortillas

1. Marinade: Coat 500g of chicken breast or thigh strips with the seasoning mix and a little oil.
2. Cook: Brown the chicken over a medium heat in 1 tbsp of oil before stirring in the sliced onions and peppers. Stir until the vegetables have softened and the meat has cooked through (approx. 8 minutes).
3. Serve: Enjoy in warmed tortillas with your favourite fajita toppings. They taste great with guacamole, soured cream, fresh salad and Capsicana salsa.
