Cupcake Kit
Baking kit including vanilla cupcake mix, chocolate icing mix, green sugar strands, edible wafer toppers & cupcake cases
Kit contents:
Cupcake mix 140g
Chocolate Icing mix 30g
Green sugar strands 10g
Edible wafer toppers x10
Cupcake cases x10
You will need:
1 Medium egg
30g Melted unsalted butter
25ml (5tsp) water for cupcakes
Additional water for icing cupcake baking tray
Bake
1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (160℃ for fan assisted oven)/gas mark 4 and line a cupcake tray with the cases.
2. Empty the cupcake mix into a mixing bowl and add the egg, butter and water.
3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
4. Spoon the mixture into the cases, dividing it as equally as possible and filling up to 2/3 full.
5. Place the cupcake tray into the centre of the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cupcakes are risen and golden, or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, before transferring onto a cooling rack.
Decorate
7. To make the icing, empty the icing mix into a small bowl and add 1 1/2 tsp of water. Mix until the desired consistency is achieved.
8. Decorate the cupcakes with the icing by spreading over each cupcake, then finish with the sprinkles and waters before the icing dries.
